Weekend baking

The bakings of the weekend just before going into the oven: apple-grape pie (with cardamom, the star ingredient) and apple pie scones... even though I didn't ate it all myself I had a bit too much pie anyway (report from my stumach).

    1. just take a random scones recipe and add: one big apple (chopped), handful of rasins, teaspoon of cinnamon. Make it into a nice dough and roll it out until about 2.5 cm thick. Cut squares, add an almond to ever square, pop into the over (check recipe for temperature) and there you have it, apple pie scones! Enjoy!
